Profile:

6+ years business experience with Master or equivalent or 4+ years with advanced degree.
3+ years in working experience in web solutions & development and Internet & web marketing experience is required.
Strong communication skills and experience are required.
Understanding of different eMarketing initiatives such as eDetailing, Promotion and non-Promotional activities, Email Marketing, Close Loop Marketing, Internet Metrics.
Prior experience in sales or marketing for the pharmaceutical and/or regulatory industries is preferred.
Position will be based out of the Belgium offices but would require travel to various facilities, including international travel.
You have experience to apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, maintain awareness of the competitive environment, and consistently exhibit knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors in all facets of his/her responsibilities.
Non-technical profile requirements.
Strong in tracking, coordination and quality plan
Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
