Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the ongoing development of the Syngenta global intranet, its strategic direction, governance, information architecture, user interface and underlying systems.
Encouraging and supporting best practice adoption across Syngenta. Reviewing and improving standards and guidelines and monitoring compliance
Providing measurement and benchmarking information on intranet use across Syngenta and with external comparators.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has at least 7 years work experience, 5 years thereof in intranet systems gained preferably in different industries and global organizations. He or she has a solid track record in projects and change management, as well as a solid notion of intranet communications. The individual we are looking for has excellent interpersonal, communications and influencing skills and is a strong conceptual thinker. He or she has excellent delivery capabilities in situations of complexity, pressure and resistance.
