Job Description
Enterprise and brand responsibility to help guide innovation, integration and interactive marketing within the Novartis Global Oncology Group. Oversee execution of the global e-strategy including day to day project management to ensure that objectives, goals, targets, and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Key accountabilities include:
- Supporting global commercial organization, including global brand teams in the planning and development of e-marketing initiatives including innovative web, social media programs, mobile applications and relationship marketing initiatives that drive product growth and align with corporate and brand strategies.
- Setting e-marketing goals and objectives for global brand operational plans, providing on-going feedback and support
- Providing guidance to local BUs to support their deployment of global e-marketing initiatives
- Manage team of internal contractors to provide strategic and tactical support to Global Brand Teams
- Manage multiple agencies to ensure timely delivery of high quality web assets.
Minimum requirements
- 3-5 years experience working with interactive marketing tactics is required
- Experience in successfully developing e-marketing plans that have produced positive ROI
- Individual must be able to communicate effectively, present business plans and business updates to high level executives, manage project teams, and balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strategic thinker, results oriented, collaborative, energetic, self-directed and motivated
- Demonstrated collaborative skills
- A strong ability to multi-task and the judgment to balance competing priorities effectively
- BA/BS is required. Preference for advanced degree
