• Responsible for creating the vision and strategy within the integration of the web and CRM solutions
• Setting a globally scalable and operationally sustainable process for engagement of the clients.​
• From the solution delivery perspective, the manager will have responsibilities and accountability for specific countries within EMEA, but also have a global focus on some of the key brands and initiatives.​
• Be able to influence, lead and partner with other team members to interface directly with business partner(s) to identify, plan and deliver technical solutions.​
• Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan.​

• Ability to identify and implement process and/​or application improvements

Technical skills:

• Strong tracking, coordination, project planning and vision/​strategy creation skills.​
• 3+​ years in working experience in web solutions & development is required.​
• 3+​ years in Internet & web marketing experience is required.​
• Understanding of different eMarketing initiatives such as eDetailing, Promotion and non-Promotional activities, Email Marketing, Close Loop Marketing, Internet Metrics, etc.​
• Strong communication skills and experience are required.​

• Prior experience in sales or marketing for the pharmaceutical and/​or regulatory industries is preferred.​

Language skills:

• Dutch, French and English
